'USA Today,Newsweek, and TIME reports on 'How Children Learn'
Utilizing their own body weight as a resistance; gymnastics requires active engagement of the brain at a much higher level developing whats known as the physical pathway of learning. PPL has been actively ignored and has yielded the many ills we are faced with today (obesity, diabetes, focus issues, etc.)
Universities are actively pushing for fundamental gymnastics curriculums to be brought back to schools. For its benefits of overall baseline fitness, injury prevention, and correlation to learning to read earlier through rapid sequencing patterns found in the brain. Patterns the brain can draw upon when processing letters to words, words to sentences and language structure.
